It is time again to apply for your Seasonal Court Time (SCT) for the 2010-2011 season. The season will run from Monday, October 25, 2010-Sunday, March 27, 2011 (20 weeks). Thursday seasonal court time will end on March 31, 2011. Friday seasonal court time will end on April 1, 2011. Saturday seasonal court time will end on April 2, 2011. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated and will help to secure your seasonal court(s) before we start scheduling lessons, leagues and other activities for the fall and winter months.

If you are interested in applying for a seasonal court this season, we will require the signed and completed application form along with a $50.00 (per court) non-refundable deposit on or before Friday, September 10, 2010 from those players having had (in their names) seasonal court time last season. On or before Monday, October 4, 2010, the full amount for the seasonal court(s), less the deposit, will be due. After Friday, September 10, any court not held by the required deposit will be open to the general public on a first come, first serve basis.  Payments should be made to the Oak Hollow Tennis Center by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). The person who has the seasonal court reserved in his/her name is responsible for making the payments for his/her respective group and all correspondences from Oak Hollow will be done through that person.

The seasonal court time fees for the 2010-2011 will be:

  • $650.00 Prime Time Courts: Monday-Thursday from 5:30-10:00 pm; Saturday-All Day; Sunday from 1:00-10:00 pm.
  • $600.00 Non-Prime Time Courts: Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5:30 pm; Friday from 5:30-10:00 pm; Sunday from 10:00 am-1:00 pm.

OAK HOLLOW TENNIS CENTER SEASONAL COURT TIME RULES

  1. Seasonal groups are allowed two (2) make-ups for canceled courts during the twenty-week season. The make-ups must be taken by April 30, 2011. To be eligible for a make-up court, players must cancel their court time at least 12 hours before the reserved court time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the make-up.
  2. Make-ups must be taken on an available equal or lesser time slot. A non-prime time court cannot be made up during the prime time without paying an additional fee.
  3. Cancellation Procedures: Cancellations of any court time must be made at least 12 hours before the reserved court time. Failure to do so will result in paying the full court fee before another court time can be reserved.
  4. In the event of inclement weather, the Oak Hollow Tennis Center may be closed to the public. Please call the tennis center @ 883-3493 to check the recorded message and/or watch the local television broadcasts for cancellations. Court make-ups will be rescheduled accordingly.
